Hone Math teaches 71 authored arithmetic skills across ten units: foundations, times tables, mental addition, mental subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, everyday math, test-style problems, and number sense (estimation, divisibility, fractions, and ratio). Every skill includes a named method, a short explanation, a worked example, and generated practice. The app interface and lessons are in English and Spanish.

Learn is an ordered course. Each skill begins with its method and worked example, Prove It checks mastery with three questions, and Unit Mix combines methods from one unit. Daily Workout is a focused set of 15 problems that takes roughly three minutes. Due-skill Refresh, Smart Set, Error Repair, and direct weak-spot practice respond to your record. Quick Play, Rush, Make Ten, Cross-Math, and Construct offer other practice shapes.

Recent Practice Score is a rolling practice readout from 0 to 1000. It appears after 10 answers and uses between 10 and 50 of your most recent submitted answers, with accuracy, difficulty, and speed as factors. It is computed locally on your device and is a practice signal, not an exam result.

There is no permanent free tier for the full course or fresh adaptive practice. Hone Math is free to download, and after onboarding the Hone Pro screen always offers one complete method lesson and the same five-question sample without a purchase. Tap Try a 5-question sample near the top. The sample includes full answer feedback, can be repeated, and changes no score, level, streak, history, mastery, or Error Repair queue. A monthly or annual subscription opens the full app. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day trial, and StoreKit shows the current local billed amount, eligibility, renewal period, and terms before you confirm.

Yes. The retired lifetime product is no longer sold, but verified earlier owners keep full access. On the paywall, choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Check that the device is online and signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then choose Restore purchase on the paywall. Apple must return a verified active subscription or an earlier lifetime purchase before Hone Math can unlock practice.

Yes. Choose See, export or delete your record on the paywall, or open Your data from the You tab. You can inspect every stored answer, day, streak, score, and per-skill result; export complete lossless JSON plus a readable plain-text summary; or delete the local record. Deleting the record does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Practice problems, the curriculum, progress, and Recent Practice Score work offline. A connection to Apple is required to load plans, buy or restore access, and verify subscription status. Hone Math has no Studio AM account or cloud sync.

Reminders are optional local notifications. You choose the time and can turn them off from the You tab or iOS Settings. Reminder scheduling is tied to active access, and no reminder history is sent to Studio AM.
